 CIONES INTERDISCIPLINARIAS DE DETECTORES DE PARTÍCULAS tiene como objetiv
 o presentar la aplicación de diferentes tecnologías de detectores y téc
 nicas experimentales más allá de la investigación fundamental en físic
 a de partículas. Estas aplicaciones abarcan campos como la medicina\, la 
 geología y la ingeniería.\n\n \n\nTemas principales:\n\n\n	Aplicaciones
  de técnicas de vanguardia en imágenes de Rayos X por contraste de fase.
 \n	Detectores de Rayos X espectrales foto-contadores y sus aplicaciones.\n
 	Simulación de Absorción y Refracción de Rayos X en Python y GEANT4 (G4
 ).\n	Detección de trayectorias de Muones cósmicos y sus aplicaciones.\n	
 Simulación de sistemas de detección de Muones cósmicos en GEANT4 (G4).\
 n\n\n \n\nModalidad:\n\nEl taller será presencial\, y tendrá lugar en l
 as instalaciones de la Universidad de los Andes. El taller tendrá una dur
 ación de tres días y consistirá en charlas magistrales\, demostraciones
  interactivas y presentaciones cortas. Algunas charlas de algunos confere
 ncistas de fuera de Bogotá serán virtuales.\n\n \n\nIdioma Oficial:\n\n
 El idioma oficial del taller es Español. La mayoría de las conferencias 
 serán impartidas en español\, con diapositivas en español  o inglés\,
  de acuerdo a la conveniencia de cada conferencista.\n\n \n\nValor de Ins

  December 4th\, 2026. The symposium will bring together the Latin American
  community working on high-energy physics and other fellow scientists from
  around the world to discuss modern topics in particle physics. This event
  aims to foster  collaboration\, discuss new ideas and strengthen ties fo
 r the advancement of fundamental science.  \n\nAbstract submission openin
