The students will have a designated project to be develop in a two-day (4 hours session each) after which they will prepare a poster with their findings and to be presented in a Friday poster session before closure of the event.

- Magnetic recording fundamentals (Microscopy Laboratory: Magnetic Force Microscopy and Focus Ion Beam)
- Magnetostriction effect (Teaching Labs, Departamento de Física)
- High Temperature Superconductivity in bulk materials (Nanomagnetismo: use of VSM and SC Magnet)
- Density Functional Theory Calculations of metallic ferromagnetic materials.
- Simulations of Angle-resolved Photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) spectra for basic many-body interactions.
- Manipulation of magnetic microrobots (Departamento de Física)

- Heat production via magnetic hyperthermia using magnetic nanoparticles.
